Customer Support Agreements (Preventive Maintenance)

At RIMCO we can prepare you a Preventive Maintenance Agreement-CSA, with this agreement you will minimize your costs and maximize the productivity of your equipment. This agreement can be for one machine or for your entire fleet.

A CSA can include, but is not limited to:
1. Repairs
a. Repair costs
b. Estimated repair time
2. Preventive Maintenance
a. Specific maintenance for your equipment
b. Major performance of your equipment
3. Parts
a. Supply the necessary parts for your equipment through our PM KIT.
b. A PM kit is a package that includes all the accessories and/or components needed for a full preventive maintenance service at a lower cost.
4. S.O.S “Schedule Oil Sample”
a. Detects tendencies of the components.
b. Estimate of the cost of the analysis

The customer should participate completely in the creation of a CSA, so that the CSA will be created as per your needs.
